Neighborhood Labs exists to ensure housing needs are met across America through thoughtful design, neighborly operations, and innovative materials and space planning. Building small is at the core of our products because it is the way we live out our values: 1) creating community, 2) promoting wellness, and 3) ensuring sustainability. We aim bring learnings from our other smaller neighborhoods to affordable housing communities across the U.S. beginning in 2024.
